Opportunity Description : A: Contractor's Administrative Arrangements
The Contractor shall provide sufficient staff to perform the administrative and supervision duties. - 1 Item
: Site Establishment works -
B: Employer's/Engineer's Facilities; Temporary office accommodation for the exclusive use of the Employer/Engineer and their representatives including all furnishings, (The Preamble), Specifications and Drawings. - 1 Item
C: Contractor's Facilities; Provide and maintain all necessary temporary fencing, hoardings and access gates, traffic control, signs, lighting etc. as per DM standard and Engineer's approval. - 1 Item
: Existing Services Works -
D: The Contractor shall ascertain for himself the location of existing services on, under or over the site. He shall take precautions to protect, divert, and relocate all such services within the confines of the site and immediately make good any damage at his own expense. as per the rules and regulations of the relevant authorities. . - 1 Item

E: Co-ordinate with Service Authorities (DM, DEWA, ETISALAT, RTA, SIRA, DM Drainage & Irrigation Department, Building Dept. etc.) for obtaining and maintaining all NOCs, Building Permit, Green Building regulations, Entry and Exit approvals, completion certificates etc. and pay all relevant fees as per Authority requirements and Engineer's approval. - 1 Item
