The project is located at the Lyon Pool at 301 York Road in Guelph, Ontario. This project is issued for tender as a Design-Build contract between the pool contractor and the City of Guelph. The scope of work includes the following:Removal of existing pool tank and underground tunnels along pool perimeter.Removal of all pool piping, fittings, etc. up to the pool building wall.Removal of concrete pool deck, including drains, and perimeter sidewalk (beyond fencing).Removal of chain link fencing and gates.New pool with piping, new pool deck/surface with drainage and new perimeter fencingScope of work will involve connecting to the City-s existing stormwater and sanitary systems.
