The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for RAAC REPLACEMENT & ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES including,
Replace RAAC in roof sections C & E with steel deck.Structural enhancements to support new roof deck.Remove and reinstall existing mechanical HVAC systemsNew 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system.New Universal washroom.New stage lift.This will be a multi-phase, multi-year project phased to cause the least impact to building users as further described herein at:
