LVV works With this call for tenders, the procurement services of the city of Rovaniemi are requesting bids for the annual repair, repair and modification works of the heating, water and sewerage technology (LVV) building technology of the properties of the Rovaniemi spatial service center with accessories. LVV works refer to repairs, maintenance, changes and renovations aimed at building technical systems of properties, which are carried out either as individual assignments or as part of basic improvement projects. LVV works ensure reliability, energy efficiency and user safety of the technical systems of the properties. Regular maintenance prevents pipe leaks, equipment damage and malfunctions and extends the life cycle of the systems. A more detailed description of the purchase the target is described in this request for tender and in the appendix "Description of the procurement target". As a result of the tender, a framework arrangement is formed between the customer and the selected suppliers. The order of priority is described in more detail in the contract and the appendix "Preference Order". The contract period is limited to four (4) years.
