This Request for Tender (RFT) is to engage the market on behalf of Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) for the lease of the land/s at Lot 189 on Crown Plan CC2393, Lot 207 on Crown Plan CSH482 and Lot 904 on Survey Plan 179255 for a term of five (5) years.Tenderers will propose to lease the Land for a use that is cost effective and brings value to the community and the region.
