Tender Details

The procurement concerns Lux, management services for the exterior areas of the properties of the West Uusimaa educational municipality group for the contract period 1 April 2024-31 March 2026 (1 1-year options). The subscriber reserves the right to use the option years either one (1) or two (2) years at a time. Maintenance service for sub-areasut can offer as a sub-offer to share: Snow work (A) / Maintenance of outdoor areas during the summer season (B). The content requirements of the offered services are presented in the "Service description" appendix of the tender request. You can submit an offer for one or more areas.
