The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase an internal replacement for the conversion process from a model 9DP to a model 9DP-1. Ludlum Measurements is the primary manufacture of the model 9DP which can perform the major repair which is the conversion to the model 9DP-1. Ludlum Measurements Inc. is the primary manufacturer of the Model 9DP and Model 9DP units. This procurement is a major repair and other companies have explicitly stated their incapability to perform this type of service. Shipping to FOB destination to be provided by the vendor.
