1. The Lt. Tidang Memorial Hospital (LTMH) had requested for the Procurement of Drugs and Medicines intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Two Pesos (₱ 339, 202.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to (MOOE 2026, 5-02-03-070) to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
