1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (20 % Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of 2 Units Washing Machine for the Lt. Tidang Memorial Hospital (LTMH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
