Dear Madam/Sir, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms of reference attached. The objective of this contract is to seek professional function development agencies to provide services of designing and developing webpages and functions for all online fundraising, retention, E-shop, TM campaigns, and corporate activities. The deadline for submitting your proposals is 10:20am, 18 July 2023. Your proposals are preferably submitted by e-mail to chinabid@unicef.org (no other recipients should be "cc" or "bcc" in your e-mail submission) with LRPS number in the subject line. Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for technical proposal with subjectline written as LRPS-2023-9183706 Technical Proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2023-9183706 Commercial Proposal. *The deadline for bidding is 10:20 am on July 18, 2023. Please email the bid documents to chinabid@unicef.org (please do not copy or blind copy other people in the submission email). The subject of all bidding e-mails must indicate the bid number (if it is not clearly marked, it will be regarded as invalid). Bidding emails need to be submitted in two emails, one is the technical bidding documents and the subject of the email is LRPS-2023-9183706 Technical Proposal, and the other isPlease mark the email subject as LRPS-2023- 9183706 Commercial Proposal for commercial quotation documents. !! It is mandatory to send the stamped and signed "request for proposal for services form and declaration form" on page 3-5 of the tender document along with the Technical proposal email. !! request for proposal for services form and decAfter the laration form is signed and sealed, it must be submitted together with the technical bidding documents by email. All bidders interested in doing business with UNICEF must respond to all the points requested in the Bid/declaration form. By signing it, the vendor agrees that their company and its management have not been the subject of a final judgment or of a final administrationve decision for any of the exclusion criteria outlined in the form. Offers which fail against mandatory criteria are non-compliant and may lead to invalid bid submission.
