Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 3, 712 PIECES RAINCOAT
1) The Philippine National Police, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million One Hundred Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP14, 105, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 3, 712 Pieces Raincoat under Public Bidding No. LSS2026D-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine National Police now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 3, 712 Pieces Raincoat under Public Bidding No. LSS2026D-06. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
