Description :The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS).
The LSS provides high quality treatment, care and support for people who are seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents in South Australia.
In 2023 the LSA implemented the Salesforce HealthCloud and Industries platforms as its case management system (SALSA2). It was recognised the current Salesforce system could be further developed and enhanced to meet future requirements. As such, the LSA undertook a selective procurement process in late 2024 to engage a suitable vendor to undertake a thorough review of the current platform functionality and collaborate with the LSA to put forward a recommendation to outline a design and implementation plan for the future state requirements for Salesforce.
The LSA now seeks to undertake a competitive procurement to engage a partner to implement and deliver the future state requirements for SALSA2.
The expected outcomes are:
Core platform optimisation to enhance data structures, governance, and automation.
Process automation and strategic enhancements to improve service agreements, invoice processing, and introduce AI-driven efficiencies.
The project aims to transform SALSA2 into a fully optimised, participant-focused system aligned with LSA’s strategic objectives.
The proposed contract term will be a 24-month base term with a 12-month extension option.
