Dear Bidder, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms of reference attached.The objective of this contract is seeking to conduct Consultancy on UNICEF China's AI Strategy and Policy Development. The deadline for submitting your proposals is 10:20am, 28 July 2025 (Beijing Time). Your proposals are preferably submitted by e-mail to chinabid@unicef.org (no other recipients should be "cc" or "bcc" in your e-mail submission) with LRPS number in the subject line. Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for technical proposal with subject line written as LRPS-2025-9198390 Technical Proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2025-9198390 Commercial Proposal.*The bid deadline is 10:20 am on July 28, 2025 (Beijing time). Please send the bid document to chinabid@unicef.org (please do not copy or copy others in the submission email).
