The subject of the public procurement is the environmentally less burdensome supply of variable signaling equipment and construction traffic lights (hereinafter also: Supply of variable signaling equipment and construction traffic lights) for a period of twenty-four (24) months, which is divided into the following sections: Set no. 1: Supply of variable signaling equipment (hereinafter also: Lot No. 1) and Set no. 2: Supply of construction traffic lights (hereinafter also: Lot no. 2). A more detailed description of the subject of the public procurement for individuals the set of the subject of the public procurement can be seen from the technical specification of the subject of the public procurement, the tender estimate and from the Table of fulfillment of the client's technical requirements - Lot no. 1 (with precisely defined permissible deviations from the basic technical requirements), which are an integral part of the tender documentation as attachments and are available to bidders in electronic form. The subject of the public procurement is goods with less burden on the environment, therefore, when awarding the public procurement, they take into account the provisions of the Regulation on Green Public Procurement (Ur. l. RS, no. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21, 132/23 and 43/25).
