AMENDEMENT 0001:
Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response deadline and clarify the submission requirements.
Changes:
The due date for submission is extended from 28 MAY 2026 at 1600 Eastern Time to 02 JUN 2026 at 1600 Eastern Time.
The transition sentence preceding the numbered list is updated to clarify that the capability statement is required in addition to the numbered list. The original sentence:
"Specifically, parties are requested to provide the following information (as applicable):"
Is hereby replaced with:
"In addition to the required capability statement above, parties are requested to provide the following information:"
All other terms and conditions of the original Sources Sought Notice, including the original items 1 through 11, remain unchanged. Vendors who have already submitted a response are permitted to submit a revised or supplemental response to address the clarified requirements by the new due date.
