cytostatic drug for CAR-T therapy - ciltakabtagen autoleucel The subject of the public contract is the supply of a medicinal product intended for the therapy of malignant blood diseases in the total expected volume of 30 individual doses of the medicinal product. The preparation is intended for provision of health care at the medical workplace of the FN Plzeň. Deliveries of the subject of performance will be carried out on the basis of the results of the completed procurement procedure for a period of three years from the signing of the purchase contract. Cytostatic drug for CAR-T therapy (ciltakabtagen autoleucel) - infusion bag containing a cell dispersion of 3.2x10⁶ to 1x10⁸ viable anti-BCMA CAR-positive T-lymphocytes. The expected annual volume is 10 infusion bags containing an individually determined amount of the active ingredient, ATC L01XL05 A dose means an infusion bag for a one-time application containing a specified active ingredient in an amount determined individually according to the needs of a specific patient. The medicinal product offered must meet the requirements of SÚKL. SÚKL registration is a necessary condition for standard use medicinal products within the provision of health care according to § 8 paragraph 1 of Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on medicinal products. Fulfillment of this condition is documented by the participant by indicating the valid SÚKL code of the medicinal product offered in the relevant column of the table for supplementing the offer price, which is the content of Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation (see point 9.2.).
