This is a sources-sought announcement solely for informational and planning purposes as a means of conducting market research to identify eligible parties having an interest and the resources to support the requirement to furnish all effort including labor, material and facilities for the fabrication, assembly, testing, manufacturing and delivery of the Lower Tier Interceptor (LTI) Twenty-Four (24) PATRIOT (Phased Array Tracking to Intercept on Target) M903 Launching Stations one (1) set of Authorized Stockage List ASL) spares, 4 sets of Prescribed Load List (PLL) spares and 24 sets of PATRIOT Initial Associated Items (PIAI) for the U.S. The intent of this notice is to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is for informational purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued currently. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
This synopsis details the intent of the Government to release a sole-source solicitation for Raytheon Company (CAGE Code 05716). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 for Twenty-Four (24) LTI M903 PATRIOT Launching Stations, NAICS: 336414, M903: Part Number: 11481673, and NSN: 1440-01-621-8660, one set of Authorized Stockage List ASL) spares, 4 sets of Prescribed Load List (PLL) spares and 24 sets of PATRIOT Initial Associated Items (PIAI) .
