Tender Details

It is the attic of a professional classroom for 26 pupils made in the free attic space in the 3rd AD. The new adjacent spaces will serve as textbooks. The existing roof structure will be maintained with minor rafters modifications due to the installation of roof windows and local amplification of part of the roof truss. The roof cladding will be newly performed. The brick floor tiles will be demolished including part of the backfill and will be replaced by a lighting layer of light ceramzitbeton. A wooden beam structure with an OSB flap above the binding beams will be made on the balanced floor. On the OSB boards will be made system floor construction made of cement -fiber boards and impact mineral insulation. Floor covering PVC stress. The walls, roof slopes and ceiling of the installation will be lined with plasterboard tiles with an inserted vapor -proof foil and thermal insulation of mineral or glass wool. The columns and collets of the truss will remain visible, they will be taken and provided with a fire -fighting coating. Entry to the new classroom and textbook warehouses will be fitted with wooden doors with lining doorframes.
