Shipboard inspections were conducted by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Engineering . Multiple troubleshooting efforts were conducted by Ship-s Force and ISEA with no corrective action identified. Request OEM support for troubleshoot/repair and testing of #8 LPAP. Technical findings provided by NNSY Engineering Code have been utilized to develop the technical work requirements of this SOW.
