Joint tender between the following network companies: Dinel A/S Flow El-net A/S Netselskabet Elværk A/S NOE Net A/S Nord Energi Net A/S Ravdex A/S TREFOR Elnet A/S TREFOR Elnet Øst A/S Veksel A/S The framework agreement is divided into 4 sub-agreements concerning the delivery of low, medium- and high voltage cables. Sub-agreements 1-3 of the framework agreement will be entered into with one supplier for each separate sub-agreement. Sub-agreement 4 will be entered into with up to three suppliers, where allocation is made through mini tenders. It is possible for suppliers to bid individual partial agreements, several or all - it is possible for one supplier to be awarded an agreement on all four (4) partial agreements. The framework agreement has a duration of 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 3 x 12 months. The quantity of the agreement is indicative and may is expanded by +100%, and there are no binding reductions in the partial agreements.
