Low-Cost Smart Technology Asset Tracking Solution
The proposed solution shall support the tracking, monitoring, verification, and management of assets, valuables, equipment, documents, personnel, and vehicles across warehouses, offices, stores, branches, field locations, and other operational environments. The proposed solution may utilize RFID, BLE, NFC, GPS/Cellular, GNSS, QR/Barcode, or any other proven and suitable tracking technologies. Interested parties shall demonstrate their capability to provide, but not be limited to, the following functionalities:
• Asset registration, tagging, and verification
• Real-time location and zone-based tracking
• Asset movement monitoring with complete audit trails
• Asset search, inventory counting, and periodic verification
• Alerts for unauthorized movements and predefined exceptions
• Dashboards, reports, and analytics capabilities
• Integration capability with existing enterprise systems
• Installation, configuration, commissioning, and deployment services
• User training and knowledge transfer
• Warranty, maintenance, and post-implementation support services
