The municipality of Tervola requests your contract offer for the installation of the geothermal system for the Loue school at Louesaarentie 19, 95340 Loue. management responsibilities, site services, work safety and coordination of contract performance. In the project, the current oil heating system will be dismantled in its entirety and a geothermal heating system will be built as a replacement form of heating, which electricity serves as backup heating. The demolition also includes the proper cleaning and removal of the oil tank located outside the building. The new geothermal system will be connected to the existing water circulation heat distribution network of the building as well as the existing one to the existing building automation system. In addition, the project will implement changes to the electrical system, automation system and heating system in accordance with the tender documents, which are related to the installation and commissioning of the new geothermal system and connecting to the building's existing systems.
