LOT2210 WOODEN WINDOWS_SCHOOL AND SPORTS COMPLEX AT THE MASTER, IN CHENIT. Exterior wood carpentry work (CFC 221.0). The services include the supply and installation of wooden windows (spruce/fir) with triple insulated glazing (Ug ≤ 0.6 W/m²K), tilt-and-turn leaves, fixed glazed parts, circular windows, connecting frames, as well as a variant in a post-transom system with a wooden frame. The surface treatments are two-tone (white lacquered exterior, colorless interior). The building has a mixed wood-concrete structure and must meet Minergie-ECO requirements. The services are carried out on an occupied site, the school building remaining in operation throughout the duration of the project.
