The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FOUR PESOS (Php2, 594, 304.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the LOT Supply, Delivery and Installation of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS use for Installation of Street Lighting System Located at Various Municipalities in Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
