Description : 1. The Joni Villanueva General Hospital (JVGH), through its authorized funding source under the Hospital Income Execom Resolution 2026-005 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 256, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Meals and Snacks for Laying the Foundation for the Future: Groundbreaking Ceremony and General Assembly with the Multi-Sector Governance Council (MSGC). Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The procurement project shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement (SVP) pursuant to Section 34.1 of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
