Description : 1. The Joni Villanueva General Hospital (JVGH), through its authorized funding source under the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 280, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Meals and Snacks. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The procurement project shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement (SVP) pursuant to Section 34.1 of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
3. Interested suppliers must submit a duly signed Request for Quotation (RFQ) Form, together with certified true copies of the following eligibility documents:
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration
• Mayor-s Permit
• Tax Clearance
