SOURCE OF FUND: 20% LGDF
1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php331, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract LOT Procurement of MATERIALS for Enhancement of Subangan Museum Display. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for LOT Procurement of MATERIALS for Enhancement of Subangan Museum Display. Delivery of the goods is within 15 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
