SOURCE OF FUND: GENERAL FUND

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THIRTY -TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND 19/100 (Php32, 924, 930.19) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract LOT Procurement of DRUGS AND MEDICINE for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center (DOPMC) Pharmacy. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the LOT Procurement of DRUGS AND MEDICINE for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center (DOPMC) Pharmacy.
