SOURCE OF FUND: GENERAL FUND

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS (Php3, 376, 050.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract LOT Procurement of DRUGS AND MEDICINE for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Hospital (DOPH)-Lupon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the LOT Procurement of DRUGS AND MEDICINE for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Hospital (DOPH)-Lupon.
