The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (Php3, 996, 560.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract LOT Procurement of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS use for Upgrading of Existing Three Phase Transmission Lines for Capitol Building I & II, Capitol Hills, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
