Terms and Conditions:

Winning supplier shall provide a Fully-automated machine for HBA1c:

1. Method: High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

2. Sample Type: Whole Blood

3. Autoloader capacity: maximum of 20 tubes per batch

4. Number of tests: minimum of 500 tests per kit

5. Coefficient of Variation: not more than 2%

6. Short Running time for at least 90 seconds.

7. Machine shall have a wide screen

8. Provide a copy of Product evaluation with "Very Satisfactory " rating from end-user

9. Provide a copy of valid Certificate of Product Registration/ Certificate of Exemption/License to Operate for Medical Device, whichever is applicable.
