REBIDDING VARIOUS HOSPITAL-S SUPPLIES AND BIDDING OF EQUIPMENT
Source of Funding: GAA, UOI, VGC
1. The Veterans Memorial Medical Center intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE PESOS AND SIXTY SEVEN CENTAVOS (PhP 107, 716, 395.67) being the total of the Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABCs) to payment under the contracts for the bidding of various hospital-s supplies and equipment.
The VMMC Bids and Awards Committee invites Bids from PhilGEPS-registered suppliers for the following categories under Table 1.
The ABC per line item as indicated in the bid tender shall be the upper limit of the bid offer. Only Lot numbers 37, 38, 39 and 40 are allowed for partial bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

2. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the VMMC-BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from July 03, 2018 up to 9:00AM on the respective date of submission and opening of bids.
4. Prior to purchase of bid documents, ordering of the associated documents and printing of the Document Request List from the PhilGEPS website containing the prospective bidder-s name is required.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and at the website of the Procuring Entity. The website of the procuring entity is http://www.vmmc.gov.ph
5. The Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on July 10, 2018, 9:30 AM at the CPS Conference Room, 2nd Floor, VMMC Main Building, North Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City which shall be opened to all interested parties. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18 or an Affidavit of Bid Securing Declaration.
6. Submission and Opening of Bids will be conducted at the CPS Conference Room at 9:30am. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder-s representatives who choose to attend the opening of bids. Late bids shall not be accepted.
7. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/ fail- criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.
8. The VMMC BAC shall implement a Registry System for interested parties pursuant to DND BAC Circular 01-2005 dated May 12, 2005. Initial registration is P1, 500.00 valid for three years while renewal is at P500.00 per year. Forms may be secured at the VMMC BAC Secretariat, Ground Floor, VMMC Main Building, North Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
9. The Veterans Memorial Medical Center reserves the right to accept, reject any bid or annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
