Lot 2: Procurement of Fertilizer as Support for Rice Production
1) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the AO No. 2025-11 - CY 2026 Annual Budget - General Fund - Current intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 5, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lot 2: Procurement of Fertilizer as Support for Rice Production. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for Lot 2: Procurement of Fertilizer as Support for Rice Production . Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
