1) The Schools Division Office of Calbayog City, through the downloaded Program Support Fund (PSF) with Sub-ARO No. RO-8-25-01242 dated August 22, 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and Eighty-Four Centavos Only (Php 369, 875.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for Learners with Educational Needs (LSENs). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
