The subject is the development, implementation and operation of a new information system of electronic lustration in the records of imprisoned persons for authorized applicants. Objectives: electronic disclosure of data from records kept on imprisoned persons in compliance with the rights and conditions for providing data specified in legal regulations, to streamline the activities of the Prison Service and speed up the process of providing data to authorized entities. The database of data replicated, not direct, from the agenda information system of the Prison Service (VIS) will be linked. By implementing the system, the ability of the information system to offer digital is expected services in the field of e-Justice for organizations active in the field of justice. The key service is the electronic service S15828 Provision of data from the records of imprisoned persons. The service will also, among other things, be a part of the Citizen's Portal for solving life situations in an appropriate and user-friendly form.
