Lonsdale Energy Corp. (Lonsdale Energy) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for
developing a Carbon Neutrality Roadmap (Hereafter referred to as the Roadmap) for the Lonsdale Energy
District Energy System (DES) (hot water and chilled water) to enable Lonsdale Energy to meet its ambitious
carbon emission targets, resulting in carbon neutrality by 2050. Lonsdale Energy is fully owned by the City of
North Vancouver but is governed and operated as a separate Local Government Corporation.
