Tender are invited for The State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Unit Plan of Operations Amendment application on June 5, 2025, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (HAK) requesting to expand the S Pad gravel pad by 3.62 acres to allow for drilling of up to 22 new wells. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346.
