Purpose: The purpose of the contract is the long-term rental of new vehicles over a maximum period of 48 months. It was carried out according to an adapted procedure, in application of Articles R. 2123-1 and R. 2123-4 to -6 and R. 2131-12 and -13, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the Public Order Code. This Single-Awardee Framework Agreement is concluded from its notification date for a firm duration of 4 years, without a minimum overall amount and with a maximum overall amount of 215, 000 Euros excluding tax.
