Tender Details

The purpose of the contract is the long-term rental of new vehicles for a maximum period of 48 months. It is passed according to an adapted procedure, in application of articles R. 2123-1 and R. 2123-4 to -6 and R. 2131-12 and -13, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code. This single-awardee framework agreement is concluded from its notification date for a firm period of 4 years, with no minimum overall amount and a maximum overall amount of 215, 000 euros excluding tax. The market is not alloti, in accordance with article R. 2113-11 of the Public Procurement Code. In fact, the subject of the contract does not allow the identification of distinct services. The contracting authority will negotiate with all candidates who have submitted an inappropriate offer. nor abnormally low.
