Long-term rental of motor vehicles and fleet operation Long-term lease of 147 new road vehicles for GYSEV Zrt. and full fleet operation. Tenderer 321/2015. (X.30.) applies § 46, paragraph (3) of Government Decree, according to which: where the the clear and understandable definition of the subject of public procurement made it necessary to refer to a thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark of a specific make, origin, type, in these specific cases the designation only it was done in order to clearly define the nature of the object, and the term "or equivalent" is used by the Bidder in all cases in addition to the name, it must be understood in all cases, bidders (hereinafter: AT) can make their bids accordingly.
