The market concerns the long-term rental of vehicles without purchase option, including:
- Rental vehicles, including the supply and installation of the SyAGE logo, safety markings and interior design. (see files techniques),
- Assistance, maintenance and mechanical repairs,
- Technical controls,
- Loan of replacement vehicles,
- The supply and replacement of tires and batteries.
The contract does not include washing, fuel (except during delivery), insurance with reference to articles L211-1 et seq. of the Insurance Code which is the subject of a contract specific to SyAGE.
The delivery date for these vehicles is scheduled for May 31, 2027, with a rental period of 48 months. The description of the supplies and services as well as their technical specifications are indicated in the CCP, in the summary tables of the vehicles requested and in the technical sheets relating to each of them (Annex 1). It is specified that a review clause is included in order to allow a gradual evolution of the batch 1 fleet towards electric vehicles
