The task of the Winning Bidders (as Traders) of the public procurement procedure, consisting of five public procurement parts, is long-term wholesale sale of electricity products (hereinafter: electricity or electricity products) to Joint Bidders (as Buyers) for the usage period between 00:00 on January 1, 2027 and 24:00 on December 31, 2027, respectively the delivery of these electricity products - according to the contract to be concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure to be conducted separately by the Joint Bidders - into the responsible balance sheet of the Balance Sheet. Subject public procurement procedure for the conclusion of five Framework Agreements is aimed at. A public procurement procedure - during the period of use indicated above - will be announced for the procurement of a total of 922, 421, 000 kWh of electricity in five public procurement parts [1. public procurement part ("A" package)/2. public procurement section ("B" package)/3. public procurement part ("C" package)/4. public procurement part ("D" package)/5. public procurement part ("E" package)], equal for each public procurement part, in a maximum quantity of 184, 484, 200 kWh. 100, 000, 000 for joint bidders, per public procurement part kWh - 100, 000, 000 kWh of electricity products are committed to be called and accepted during the usage period.
