Request for Information Responses are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for : Premises ranging from 750 to 2, 200 square metres NLA (see options). See options below. Three options will be considered : Option 1 : Approximately 750-850m2 of ground floor NLA suitable for customer service delivery with 4 x secure car parks including 1 EV Charger. Premises must be suitable for customer service delivery. Lease and operational commencement no later than 25 February 2029 with early access from 5 January 2029. Option 2 : Approximately 1, 250-1, 350m2 of ground floor office accommodation with 2 x secure parks including 1 EV Charger. Premises must be suitable for office accommodation. Lease and operational commencement no later than 4 April 2029 with early access from 20 February 2029. Option 3 : Approximately 2, 000-2, 200m2 to accommodate Options 1 and 2 within the same building. Minimum 750-850m2 on the ground floor to suite customer service delivery with 6 x secure car parks including 1 EV Charger. Additional staff carparking would be advantageous. Lease and operational commencement no later than 25 February 2029 with early access from 5 January 2029. Remainder of space to be suitable for office accommodation.
