Exceptional Leasing Opportunity : Katoomba and Surrounds, NSW Invitation to Express Interest Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for : • Premises ranging from 620 to 750 square metres NLA of high quality, air conditioned, carpeted, customer service delivery accommodation. • The premises must be located on the ground floor or the ground floor component of the premised must have a minimum net lettable area of 620 square metres. • The premises must have a minimum of five (5) car parking bays including : o One (1) secured and covered car parking bays for staff; o 4 (4) customer car bays are required with two of these being accessible car bays to be provided on ground level in close proximity to the entrance.
