The subject of the order is long-term car rental for State Administration Units, indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, divided into parts. 2. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the order has been specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract and Annex No. 2 A to the SWZ - Technical Specification. 3. When describing the subject of the order, the Ordering Party used a study prepared by the SAMAR Automotive Market Research Institute entitled Segmentation of the Samar Market - passenger cars and commercial vehicles with a GVW of up to 6 tons, published on the publicly available IBRM SAMAR website (https://www.samar.pl) in the Reports and Analyzes tab, item Report Library, number 22. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor, with preparing the offer, got acquainted with the current version of the above-mentioned studies. 4.
