PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR SERVICE PROPOSAL (RFPS): UNICEF seeks to establish non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTA) with companies with extensive experience in catering services for events to be held at the UNICEF offices in Chile (Av. Vitacura 2969, Las Condes), and/or within the Metropolitan Region. Selected suppliers will be granted LTA for a duration of three (3) years, with a possible extension to 2 years for good performance. The LTA will be a mutual agreement between UNICEF and the LTA holder to provide the services required at the agreed rates.The principles of an LTA are:a) UNICEF will not be obliged to request a minimum quantity of services from the holder of this LTA;b) UNICEF will not be responsible for any costs in the event that no purchase of services under this LTA.c) This arrangement is non-exclusive, and UNICEF shall have the right to procure the same or similar services from other contractors as it deems appropriate.
