The City of Lohja employs more than 2200 people and aims to harmonize the different areas of safety into a seamless and cohesive entity. The acquisition covers the following areas: Development of Safety Management: Security Policy and Strategy and Exposure city units. Including e.g. Definitions of Responsible Matriculations, Security Policy, Processes and Practices, Status Classification and Supervision, Personnel Identification and Expense Management. mm. risk management, safety surveys, training and guidelines. The service provider is required to have experience in public sector security projects and the design of knowledge security systems in the Procurement Act: Design and alarm systems for access control, camera and alarm systems Integration into the city's security management system. The design should take into account the compatibility of existing systems, security and access control. Experts are required to have the ability to work on documentation for both presentation and training materials for the service benefits of the service.
