The market includes the following main services in particular:
- operate the transfer station made available by the SYSEM in its future configuration on 01/01/2026;
- Receive recyclable waste on the SYSEM transfer station from the 3 communities members of the Sysem (Gulf of Morbihan Vannes Agglomeration, Questembert Community, Arc Sud Bretagne)
- Transport recyclable waste from the SYSEM transfer station to the Trivalo35 sorting center in RHEU (35).
The market includes without being exhaustive:
- exploitation and maintenance of installations made available to the holder within the framework of this market and throughout its duration;
- reception and reception of recyclable waste from selective collections of household packaging and papers, in mixture;
- Control of the contributions carried out by the EPCI members of the SYSEM in charge of waste collection or by private providers who contract with SYSEM;
- stock management;
- loading and transporting in mixing recyclable waste to the Trivalo35 trheu Trival35 center (35);
- the realization of all the services necessary for the good site functioning in terms of:
o Traceability (prior information sheet / management of access badges / computer management of the tilt / stock management bridge, evacuations, transport, etc.);
