The investment is being implemented in the design and build formula, and includes the execution of all design works. and construction, assembly, in accordance with the law. The contractor is also responsible for obtaining the necessary consents (including building permits, occupancy permits), opinions and agreements. The hall must be designed and constructed strictly and strictly in accordance with provisions of the Local Spatial Development Plan adopted by Resolution No. 152/2025 of the City Council in Grodzisk Mazowiecki of January 29, 2025. The entire warehouse building is located within the boundaries of area 1U-P. The contractor is obliged to comply with all obligations urban planning indicators specified in the above-mentioned Resolution for area 1U-P. The hall will be placed on a 20 cm thick reinforced concrete foundation slab, dimensions: width 12.0 m x length 15.0 m x height in the eaves of the side wall 4.5 m, usable area 180 m2.
