④ join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, seamen's insurance, national pension, worker's compensation insurance, unemployment insurance) and pay the social insurance premiums and have no Delinquency in the past 2 years ;

⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. June 18, 2026
